Advised on the spin-out of a project from the Zoological Society of London. The project provides sustainable livelihoods for fishing communities in the Philippines, while recovering and re-using old fishing nets from the ocean.

Advised a family-owned business on their re-organisation, helping navigate between the various legal, tax and governance issues while ensuring that the diverse family interests were respected.

the league of intrapreneurs

Helped re-design the governance of the League of Intrapreneurs, a transnational network growing a global learning community of social intrapreneurs who are creating sustainable development from within society’s most influential institutions. 

greater than

Set up a new legal entity for Greaterthan, a consulting firm whose purpose is to build a more human future of work, including preparing a shareholders agreement and articles of association.  

library of things

Created a new legal entity for The Library of Things, a for-purpose business that exists to make borrowing better than buying – socially and environmentally. Also advised on their subsequent successful investment equity raise.

Developed a bespoke legal framework for Dataswift,a company developing a platform  for the exchange of personal data, for the public benefit. The framework is designed to balance and align the company’s social and entrepreneurial purposes.  They subsequently raised £1.6m in equity.
